For returns relating to product effectiveness, a complimentary physiotherapist video consultation is required prior to return approval.
This consultation ensures correct usage and provides support before processing the return.
The consultation is provided at no cost to the customer.
Following the consultation, return instructions will be issued if the customer chooses to proceed with the return within the 30-day period.
