Our products, including the Pocket Physio, are intended for general wellness and self-care. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Any educational content on this website is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified health professional before using any of our products, especially if you have a medical condition.

Pocket Physio is not sold as a medical device outside Australia and no therapeutic claims are made in relation to its use.

We are not liable for any adverse effects resulting from misuse of our products or failure to follow instructions.

We aim to ensure the accuracy of product information on this website; however, we do not guarantee that all details, images, colours, or specifications are completely error-free. Product availability, descriptions, and pricing may change without notice.

3. Pricing and Availability

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. We reserve the right to:
• Limit or cancel orders
• Refuse an order if we suspect misuse, fraud, or improper purpose
• Correct any errors in pricing or description

If your order is cancelled after payment, we will issue a full refund.

Orders may be cancelled by the customer only if they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow our Returns and Refunds Policy.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions, or availability without notice.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide. Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, customs clearance, or force majeure.

Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country upon arrival. If a parcel is refused or not collected, we cannot refund the original shipping cost. Any return shipping charges or abandonment fees charged by the carrier will be deducted from your refund. 

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. 

We offer an additional 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered. Your device must be returned in excellent condition. The product must not be heavily used, damaged, or unsanitary. All components and original packaging must be included. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Before a return can be approved, we require a brief support consultation with our clinical team to ensure the device has been used correctly. If you still wish to return it after this session, we will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. If a parcel is refused or not collected due to unpaid duties, the original shipping cost cannot be refunded and any carrier return fees will be deducted from the refund. If the parcel is destroyed or becomes non-returnable, no refund can be issued.

To request a return, please contact us with your name, order number, and reason for return.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, including but not limited to physical injury, discomfort, or other outcomes.

Where liability cannot be excluded under law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, videos, and product designs, is the property of ActiveLife Pty Ltd or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our website or products:

  • For unlawful purposes;

  • To falsely represent affiliation with us.

9. User-Generated Content
